ChimeTable terms of service
Last updated: August 27, 2026
1. General
The ChimeTable service (“Service”) is operated by Bigawerk sp. z o.o., registered in Poland (“Provider”). These terms govern the use of the Service — a scheduling and communication tool for language schools.
2. Accounts and organizations
- Using the Service requires an account assigned to an organization (a school).
- The account is created by a person authorized to represent the school, or someone they invite.
- Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for actions taken from their account.
3. Scope of the Service
- class scheduling, including automatic timetable building,
- managing groups, students, teachers and rooms,
- SMS notifications to students and guardians within the bundle described in the pricing; messages above the bundle are billed by usage.
In the authenticated part of the Service, we use Sentry to monitor errors and performance and to record selected session replays. This helps us diagnose problems and improve the Service. Text, form fields, and media in replays are masked or blocked, and our configuration disables automatic collection of cookies, headers, and request and response bodies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
4. Payments
The Service is offered as a monthly subscription per the pricing on the home page. Prices may change; we will give at least 30 days' notice, and the new price applies from the next billing period. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid period.
5. Data entered by the school
The school remains the controller of the personal data of students, guardians and teachers that it enters into the Service. The Provider processes this data solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy policy. The school warrants that it has a legal basis to process the data it enters, including phone numbers used for SMS notifications.
6. User obligations
- use the Service lawfully and as intended,
- do not use SMS delivery for marketing content without required consents, or for unlawful content,
- do not interfere with the operation of the Service.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Service available without interruption but do not guarantee the absence of technical breaks. The Provider's liability for damages arising from non-performance or improper performance of the contract is limited to the fees paid by the school over the last 12 months, except for damage caused intentionally.
8. Complaints
Complaints can be sent to hello@bigawerk.com. We respond within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
9. Changes and final provisions
We will announce changes to these terms in the Service or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Polish law applies to matters not covered here. Disputes are resolved by the court competent for the Provider's registered office, unless mandatory provisions state otherwise.
